What goes into OptiSwift
- Patientsname, phone, CNP and date of birth
- Stockwith quantity, cost and price
- Consultationswith the refraction for each eye, after patients
- Dates are read in the format you wrote them in, and prices with a comma or a point, as long as the whole file uses the same one.
- Patients already in the program are matched by personal numeric code (CNP) or phone number.
- Rejected rows come back to you in a file, each with its reason.

You can download the 12 rejected rows as a file, in your own columns, each with its reason. Correct them and import them again.
- Where the file goes
- The file stays on your computer, and nothing is written to your account until you confirm the import.
- If you change your mind
- Anything an import added can be undone as a batch until it’s been used, for example in a sale or a stocktake.
- What’s left to do
- Give the imported items their tax classification before your first invoice. They can be sold at the till from day one.
