Consultations, orders, stock, checkout and invoicing in one program, on Windows and macOS. The program works online, so we recommend a backup 4G router at the till.
Each employee signs in under their own name and sees only what you allow, from over 60 permissions.
Installation, setup and moving the data you have now are all included, with no upfront fee.
The program generates and validates the invoice for Romania’s e-invoicing system. You upload it to SPV, the tax authority’s portal.

Each new version installs itself, with a plain note on what has changed. Legal changes arrive before they take effect, and modules added later come within the same subscription, with no extra invoice.
The reminder goes out by itself on the date in the patient record. You pay your provider for SMS and WhatsApp messages, and some networks charge a fee to show the practice’s name.

You pay one subscription for each shop, however many computers and staff accounts it has. A shop added mid-term is charged pro rata for the time remaining.
No. You pay €360 a year or €35 a month, and for each payment you receive a fiscal invoice in lei through e-Factura, at the National Bank of Romania’s rate on the day of payment.
Online through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, and the subscription renews automatically. By written agreement, you can also pay by bank transfer.
Yes. You pay for a full year from the date of the change, minus the unused part of the month already paid. You can return to monthly from the next renewal.
Yes. The program keeps working until the end of the paid period. The only consequence is that payments are not refunded, not even the unused part of a year.
After the subscription ends you have 30 days to export your data, and on request we send you the full export free of charge. Exporting and switching provider cost nothing.
The price is the same for every practice, and you activate the subscription yourself, from the program, when you’re ready.
